MISSIONARY VICTOR MANCILLAS EARLIER REPORTS
Report June 2012
“Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing." (Genesis 12:1-2).
We may say that we are sterile until we receive the call from God to leave our land and relatives (our home). Until we do, then something begins to develop in our ministry, to the point of bearing fruit. But not without first obeying the call.
The Teacher of all teachers, Jesus, knew better than anyone else because He himself had come to earth leaving his kingdom. And with all authority and power he could say the words in (Matthew 28:18-19) ... "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and earth, go therefore and make disciples of all nations ..." HE clearly knew that the key is "Go" with a willing heart and then He will go with us as Mighty Giant. This call and mandate remains in force until today.
Many times we have questioned God and even ourselves saying, "What happened to the word you spoke to my life, saying that you would use me and that I would bear fruit?" The real question should be, did I truly obeyed the call to go? When the patriarch the son of Terah was in the land his name was only Abram (high father exalted father). But by obeying God, it changed his sterility to Abraham (father of many).
Four youths have taken the challenge to go at the Bible institute in Sinaloa. Which for the last week were receiving a training course so that in Monday June 4 will be sent to fulfill the great commission to San Antonio in Sinaloa. Texcalame and Ayutla, in Jalisco and the surrounding villages. The goal is to edify the church and cell groups in the area, and develop personal evangelism for one month and one week. We will be praying for them and we will welcome you to join us in prayer as well.
I would like to thank God for the opportunity to minister the Word of God through preaching and teaching for a period of 17 days in the state of Jalisco, thank God for having touched the hearts of many lives there. I will confess to you something that I saw in this trip that struck me the most was seeing the change in some congregations that had previously been passive and powerless, but now are allowing the Holy Spirit to move with power healing the sick and changing lives. It gives me joy because I lived in Jalisco my first fifteen years of my life and after He filled me with His presence I started praying that He would visit my home town. I pray to God for that metamorphosis to continue to take place until it reaches its fullness.
Brothers and sisters before saying goodbye for now, I challenge you ... obey the call of God into your life and He will surely make you father of nations, will make you father many spiritual children for "not only he will make you flourish, but fruitful." Let us pray strongly for the evangelistic and missionary journey of our brethren from Seattle and Spokane, Washington. May our God continue to be glorified in these ministries that bless our country Mexico ... Place of revival ... TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!!
With love and wishing blessings

REPORT APRIL 2012
We have come to the end of this sixth Bible course here in “El Camino Leadership and Missions School.” Time has passed flying but we spent three and a half months were we got to experienced so many new things. We laughed, cried, spent good time of blessing and communion, and were tested as well. God taught us so many things. I got to learn that when the enemy worries because of what you’re doing and rises against you it’s because you’re in to a work that will remain and bear fruit. Praise God that we are on the side of the Champion, in whom we have victory!!!
Next Saturday April 28th in Las Milpas, Mocorito, will be graduating eight young men and women that were strong and courageous, youth that resisted discipline that was demanded to them. There were many days of staying up late due to projects, practical works and other activities that the eight subjects required. They spent many door to door evangelism hours. Every one of them will have their reward. Many families opened their homes to keep on receiving the gospel. Praise God that the good news keep on being spread and remaining!!!!
On May 21st some of the youth will be coming back to the institution after a month, for an extra week of training to submit to and support a pastor in a different state. The couples will be ministering the word of God door to door and as well in many congregations at the village or city were they will be staying for a period of one month and a half.
Please pray for the missionaries’ protection, that they will harvest abundant fruit for His glory, and for the provision of God for their transportation and stay at this places.
A million thanks for your prayers during this time of capacitation, your support, and the and may “The Lord makes His face shine up on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn school supplies that brothers from U.S donated. They were so useful. Thank you so much His face towards you and give you peace” (Numbers 6:25-26).

Report February 2012
May God bless you, it is a pleasure to write to you...
I want to share with you that it has been five weeks since the start of the sixth course of the “School of Leadership and Missions El Camino”. Weeks in which the young people who attended has been working hard. These came from five different states of the republic. We are seeing the progress each has made in different areas. I confess that we have much to learn and these months only will be a push to get momentum to throw them in the wind of the Spirit and to the study of the Holy Scriptures, flight that will take the time of a lifetime. Along with them are with us our sisters Ana Alicia Ramos and Alma Rosa Fonseca from the State of Jalisco, who have been teaching some subjects, and are of great support to the students and to the brethren of the different missions. We have reached the end of the first course of classes, I just started the second which will cover another three, out of the eight total that will be taught until the end of this school. Therefore I ask your prayers for the students, and for the pastors and teachers in charge of this institution that we may build a good foundation for the edification of the ministry of these brave men and women.
“Expect great things for God, attempt great things for God” were two messages that the father of modern missions (William Carey) preached, after which he was sent as the first missionary to India, where he translated the Bible into the local language, which then would translate into 44 languages and dialects, leading to preaching the gospel in many places. Great men like Augustine (the greatest theologian in the history after the apostle Paul), Polycarp (martyred bishop of Smyrna) John Huss (reformer, and martyr), John Wycliffe (translator of the Bible into English), John and Charles Wesley (preachers shining with the power of the Spirit along with George Whitefield), Martin Luther (who helped to reform the church which was lost in forests and mountains of paganism). And many other men of God who dared to make a difference and leaving a mark on the history and making changes invaluable to us that follow them.
May we achieve something today, that our minutes, hours, work and effort might not be wasted. Let us dare to believe God and discover that He is closer than we think, ready to help us fulfill great commission that He Himself has given us. That at the end of our race we may say like the Apostle Paul “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day....” 2 Timothy 4:7
We give God the glory, because on February 25 we celebrated in Las Milpas the second meeting of “Torches of the Gospel” which is formed by the youth groups of seven churches of the region and other churches come as well to visit. The Lord spoke to us about being thankful for His many blessings that he bestows upon us and to enjoy them and not to get to involved on circumstances that are not pleasing to Him. The preacher was a sister in a wheelchair. What a great blessing, we had a manifestation of the Holy Spirit touching many young people’s lives in a powerful and supernatural way. Thank you God, you are good and precious!!!!!
Thank you for your prayers and support.... for the literature that was provided that is being such a blessing to the young ministers at the Bible school. “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. (2 Corinthians 13:14) SEE NEW PICTURES

Report January 2012
Dear brethren
I want to start this years 1st letter with thanks giving. We can not say that God wan´t faithful this past year, faithfulness is His nature, He has been and will be from eternity to eternity, that is His essence, He will never change. He has been more than good, giving us more than we deserve, surprising us constantly with small details, flashes of His glory, but as well with His mighty power.
Everyone of us has something specifically on what to thank God about (health, family, economy, a house, a car, etc) but the greatest of all is salvation!! Praise god because His promises keep on fulfilling in our lives daily. In this 2011 many of us saw relatives come to Christ. God gave me the privilege on my trip to Seattle to help baptize my oldest brother, this after spending 11 years out of Christ. Let us keep on trusting the One that hasn´t and will never lie, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. An so through Him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God" (2 Corinthians 1:20).
Praise God for allowing us to serve Him, and making us ministers of His presence. The beginning of last December God opened doors to go to Jalisco for 15 days and spend time with IBVMM (World Wide Vision Bible Institute) students, learning with them and sharing the Word on some classes and missions. What a great experience to preach in new villages and see people being touched by the Holy Spirit, and giving their hearts. May God bless this 12 brave young men and women that are willing to go to "Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the end of the earth."
It has been said that "it does not matter how you start but how you end," and what a great dismissal of last year, having the missionary groups of Seattle and Spokane, WA. Every trip God prepares a new blessing through them. Praise God for the hundreds of people that came to Christ and the people that will never be the same after being touched by His precious Holy Spirit. Praise God for those who received healing, were baptized with the Holy Spirit, were uplifted with the living testimonies. May God bless our brothers and keep on anointing their lives!!!
God bless you for your spiritual and economic support, I pray that God will bless all who bless our lives and ministries. I ask your prayers for those souls that came to Christ in 2011 that this 2012 we will have them in church. Pray for "School of Missions and Leadership El Camino" in Sinaloa, that starts its sixth course next January 15th. "That His name keep on being glorified, and His people strengthen, encourage and confort."
Blessings to all...

MISSIONARY REPORT
NOVEMBER, 2011
Today, the number of people in the world has reached seven billion, and only 5% of this number called themselves Christians. Some of us believe that we are winning the world for Jesus. Where are the Charles Spurgeon, D.L.Moodie, Jonathan Edwarts , of that Charles Finney, where are the Peters, John, o Paul. whom even the unsaved would say of “...you have filled all Jerusalem with your doctrine...” (Acts 5:28) And “...These who have turned the whole world upside down have come here too.. “ Although the Word also states “…they all glorified God for what had been done…” (Acts 4:21). I believe that we need to keep praying + work in faith, because if we don’t do so, How are we to win those 7,000,000,000 inhabitants?
I am asking you brethren to pray with more intensity for the Christian youth, we need this new generation of men and women to be mighty in God, may God ignite this holy fire in their hearts.
Let us pray for the youth ministry “Antorchas del Evangelio” (Torches of the Gospel) in Sinaloa, that we may continue to reach young people for Christ and for them to be on fire for God. SEE BELOW FOR PICTURES
Pray for the teams from the United States that will be coming, for a safe trip, for the permits at the border for their vehicles, and for a blessed and fruitful visit. They have been blessing our communities with their presence since 2007.
I ask you to pray for our School of Leadership and Missions “El Camino” (ELMEC). We will be starting a new course of intensive training with men and women called of God and this will take place starting in January 15
I am planning to visit, God willing, for the first two weeks in December the State of Jalisco. I will be sharing the Word of God, encouraging our brethren and visiting the students at the Bible Institute “Ministerial World Vision” May God be glorified!!!
”And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Galatians 6:9

We have read that we are kings and priest of God and that alone brings enthusiasm, confidence, joy, but together with that brings a great responsibility. God said of the high priest Aaron: "Aaron shall burn on it sweet incense every morning; when he tends the lamps, he shall burn incense on it. And when Aaron lights the lamps at twilight, he shall burn incense on it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations. You shall not offer strange incense on it, or a burnt offering, or a grain offering, nor shall you pour a drink offering on it." Exodus 30:7-9 Given that we are priests of God we need to have the extreme care that on our altar, whether it is our home or our heart, nothing strange will be offered, and that our daily worship (perpetually) would ascend pure and grateful before the Lord.
By being three weeks already in Seattle I've come to noticed that it’s so easy to offer strange incense on our altars, the currents of the world are three times stronger or even more in the cities, were the access to sin is right at your right hand. It is our duty to keep a burning altar with that fragrant and pleasing scent before God. Because if we are not faithful in little things, who will entrust us the true riches?? How important is to create a spiritual atmosphere at home, that has a lot to do on the programs we choose on TV, or if we have a prayer altar among many. We want to see great things in our lives, let us begin with the altar of our homes and hearts. That as priests we would offer God what He deserves.
The last days before coming to Seattle were very intense due that we had lots of ministry work, sharing the word and praying for deliverance. God allowed us to minister to a sister that was a witch, that would read the cards, and would worship death. She had spent two years at church but without quiting legally to the enemy, without breaking all family curses. As we started praying the enemy didn't wait long on showing himself, but by being praying in one mind and by her having the desire to be set free the devil was cast out for the glory of God. Let us pray for one of her sisters that is in a similar situation and needs to be ministered to. Nothing is impossible for God!!!
I thank God for a safe trip to Seattle and for this three weeks of sharing the Word in different congregations, to youth and adults. God has been glorified and I pray that he would continue to be. "That God may be glorified and His people comforted, exhorted, and edified." That is our purpose and to leave a permanent mark on lives. "As preachers our duty is not to entertain, we have to discomfort, heal, and impact. God has deposited a special and powerful anointing in our life. Let us use it in the most appropriate way." After seeking the Lord's face believe that He would do His work on each life to whom we minister and lay hands on. And never be conformed with what we have received. Something that we have to keep in mind is that God has no limits!!! God help us to believe you!!!!!!!
God bless.

AUGUST 2011
It is a pleasure to greet you again, brothers and sisters who support and are aware of our ministry. God has been very good, He has been supplying our needs daily. It is Him who sends, “the early and late rain," Hosea 6:3 AND EVEN MORE IS COMING, GLORY TO OUR GOD !!!!!
During the stay of our brethren from Spokane, WA, it was mentioned about the passage of Scripture in Acts 3:, when Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time of prayer, and those words of authority, conviction and power. Peter said “Look at us” and then said “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” It is necessary for us to fill our beings with God, to receive that blessing, and to be able to say, just like Peter, “In the name of Jesus Christ, rise up and walk.”
We give God all the Glory for our brethren that came to visit us and for the great work they did in Mexico. We had two teams, one from Light to the World Church, in Bellevue, Wa from June 20 to July 4. And from Center of Life Church in Spokane, Wafrom July 17-27. The Spokane team were delayed in the border for two and a half days worked hard in house to house evangelism, drama presentations and many other things. Nothing was in vain. God opened many doors and showed us His favor by healing the sick, keeping us from dangers and above all to have from two to three hundred people accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. To God be the Glory!!!!
Dear brothers and sisters from Bellevue and Spokane, you have planted good seed, a seed that is bearing and will continue to bear much fruit. Many thanks for your work. It was a pleasure to experience at your side the revival that God is pouring down on our country. GREATER THINGS ARE YET TO COME, GLORY TO OUR KING!!!May God continue to bless your ministries, these are the wishes from your brothers and friends in Mexico.
Please pray for my trip to Seattle on August 25 for one month.

“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19
We give glory to God for the ministry of the russian-speaking church Light To The World of Bellevue, WA who came to visit us on a missions trip and spreaded the Gospel in several communities and cities of Sinaloa in the municipalities of Mocorito, Guasáve, Guamúchil, and Angostura.
We give all glory and honor to God for the souls that were added to the Body of Christ and for the congregations where they ministered, such as pastor Bernardo’s church in Guamuchil, who testified that since the first day of the outreach, four new souls have been attending his congregation and also that he has been visiting more. GLORY TO HIS NAME!!! This is just one of nine places where, by the Grace of God we ministered from June 23rd to July 1st.
"And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” Mt 21:22. We pray for God to bring safely our brothers and sisters from the second team of Spokane WA; that their stay in Mexico from July 15th to the 22nd might be fruitful and a great blessing to the glory of our Beloved.
God bless you all!
Sincerely,
Victor Mancillas

The missionary Victor Mancillas accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior when he was 15 years old. At 17, he enrolled at the Bible Institute Vision Mundial Ministerial (IBVMM) in Puerta de la Vega, Jalisco, Mexico for an intensive training in Bible and practice in the field. Then, while working in a secular job in Seattle, WA, the Lord called him to serve Him and he left everything. In July, 2004, he went out by faith to work with his uncle, missionary Salvador Meza, in Las Milpas, a municipality of Mocorito, Sinaloa, Mexico. And this is where he still lives.
He has given the best years of his youth in these seven years following to his Lord, Jesus Christ. Today, he is involved in helping in 3 missions by preaching, teaching and directing worship. He also works as a bricklayer in different missionary projects. In these last 5 years the School of Discipleship and Missions has been opened, (ELMEC) in Las Milpas. Victor was a student there for 2 years, and was a teacher for the last three. And today, he is the Director. At this time, he is also studying to receive his license in Theology. His desire is to prepare himself the best that he can to do the work that God has called him to do. His vision is to reach the whole nation of Mexico with the gospel, and to serve his Lord for the rest of his life in this ministry.
Victor has worked all this time without expecting anything. He has served only for the love that he has for his Lord, receiving only a little bit of money weekly from brother Salvador. Recognizing Victors’ vocational service, and knowing that his calling is unquestionable, and that the servant is worthy of his hire, God has placed in our hearts to seek and or ask 15 faithful persons that would promise to support Victor so that he can continue working in the harvest. It may be that we cannot go directly to the field, but we can participate in the Great Commission by supporting a laborer like Victor who has been faithful to the Lord of the Harvest. We are asking for your support of 20 dollars a month for one year, to provide with support, transportation, and study materials, and for whatever a young minister may need. And this will help to take the Word of God to other areas, according to where the Lord would guide him. You will receive a report periodically as to his activities and projects. For pictures and more information go to this link: Missionary Victor Mancillas.
We ask you by the love of Christ Jesus that you pray to the Lord and then make a decision to help, and please let us know by this 15Th of March. In this way we can form a list of those interested in supporting this young servant. If you are going to send a donation by check, please send it to: ECEA Ministries 153 S. 160th Street #5, Burien WA 98148 and write Victor Mancillas as assignee. Or you can donate online with credit or debit card by clicking on this link. Let us unite to fulfill the Great Commission of our Lord! Thank you and may God Bless you.
Sincerely
