It is a blessing greeting you, and take this time to share some of the blessings and mercies that God has surrounded us with.
This past Tuesday the Lord allowed us to attend the first cell group that a brother from El Mezquite opened as a congregation, making more accessible to non-converts hearing the word of God. Non-converts that for one or other reason will not attend to a regular service at church. Every service there has been new people coming, and one of them is already attending church. Praise God that His work is moving forward! I thank our God because a month ago Saturday, July 12th the Lord blessed me with the gift of coming together in marriage with the woman I was asking Him for. He planned the exact time for this moment to arrive. I can say that He is faithful, and that He arrives just on time neither sooner nor later. And that His thoughts are higher than our thoughts and so are His ways! God told me once speaking of this that “at His time He will give a person, not according to my will but according to His and to His justice and mercy” I believe that our Lord has the best for each one if just we remain waiting in Him for the exact time, until then we can rejoice and serve Him without any doubt or desperation, waiting in His faithfulness, justice and mercy. Knowing that the special blessing will come! I praise Him for He coordinates the people’s thoughts and feelings to serve Him. I worship Him because he places the same feeling in my wife to work in the kingdom, and the Lord has allowed us to serve in pastor Salvador’s congregations already for three weeks, in his visit to the E.U. It is good to see new brothers maturing and being enrolled in Christ’s army. I believe that everyone's growth in the Lord continues, and if that growth its not happening, “its time to break our jars, it's time to get rid of our old wine skin, for it is new wine that God is pouring through His glory in this last time. And old patterns, old wine skins, and human thinking are staying aside for it is Him through His Spirit and word leading His people to be renewed in understanding, strength and in vision if its necessary. It is Him pushing us to awake, to arise, and be a threat to the enemy and a blessing to those that surround us, and carriers of His glory here on earth”!!! Please keep on praying for every soul in whom the word has been planted and for those that their soul is ready to receive the seed that they will get it soon. Pray for the youth events which are just about to start, that God will give us grace to reach new people, new characters with the ideas that He has given us. Thank you for your prayers. Sincerely Brothers Victor & Katia

Greetings brothers and sisters who have a passion for missions in Mexico and the world. Wishing you the best, and knowing that God's people go “From glory to glory, and from power to power.” And that always the upcoming glory of our Lord will be greater and greater in our life. So let us be in expectancy and “As the deer pants for streams of water…” (Psalm 41:1) That we may thirst and hunger for what the Father has prepared this new year for those of us that wait in Him..
We give God the glory for the opportunity to share what He is doing up here wiith God´s church and unbelievers. This Tuesday was the last day of the discipleship course that we had every Tuesday and Sunday for the past three months in El Mezquite, this Bible studies were held for people that desired to learn more and that are willing to serve God in any of the ministries, and Lord willing as the new cell group leaders, Praise God!!! Students showed a lot of interest, even though about half of the group had to leave the village due to the field working season. The rest attended till the last day, outstanding students were rewarded. We are getting ready to begin our eighth Bible institute course “Servants Under Authority” in which we are expecting students to come from different states of Mexico and even from the United States to come and receive what God has prepared for this three and a half months of intense street evangelism, and church preaching. Students will accomplish eight subjects in this period of time, subjects which are essential in ministry. We ask of your prayers for these disciples, that they might fulfill Acts 1:8 and that they may be witnesses of Christ’s gospel in the entire world. Please pray for the instructors, that they may be channels of blessing to everyone and that they may bear fruit to the max. We appreciate your prayers and support, this has made God’s work run faster. Brother Victor Mancillas Blessing to all of you brothers and sisters which have a passion for missions in Mexico and the world. Missions are in God’s heart. Ten years ago the Lord sent me to serve on them and I can say that it’s been the best experience ever after coming to Christ and being filled with His precious Holy Spirit. Its been a great lifestyle and a great present to us seeing God’s mercy working on people, sometimes healings, others freeing, restoring, saving, etc… but every servant involved in missions from time to time goes back to the same Bible verse (… “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”) Because there is still great territory that needs to be reached. It’s incredible that in this region we are only covering the base of the mountain range and at the most we know the Word has been preached about two to three hours up the mountain, that is where pastor Jorge Alcala (a friend of our ministry) has gone from time to time. It’s sad that we are taking only this little since there are villages through dirt and wile roads for hours and hours all the way up to the neighboring State. Pray that God will raise ministers from Bible schools and churches to go further. That God will reach souls as He is doing in El Mezquite, Mocorito, were the Lord is bringing full families to His kingdom in different ways. Our labor has been to disciple new believers as the Lord brings those that are to be saved. It has been a blessing to see how this brethren are experiencing a rapid spiritual growth, some have experienced baptism in the Spirit very soon after coming to Christ, they are very enthusiastic on learning to keep on sharing what God is doing in their lives to relatives and friends.
We keep on working in youth services in different towns. God has being faithful working each time in different ways, for example last time in El Valle five people made the sinner’s prayer for the first time. We pray that God will embrace youth for His kingdom and revive His passion and fire in those that already go to a church. May God bless you all for your prayers, which we appreciate, and we pray that God’s people will remain firm ( “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” 1 Peter 5:8) We know that the greatest glory is around the corner so let us be firm and patient. I take this time and space to give our God all glory and honor, for He is worthy of all praise. As the Bible says in (Daniel 4:2) “It is my pleasure to tell you about the miraculous signs and wonders that the most High God has performed for me.”
God allowed us to come to the end of the 7thBible school course “Going back to the true Gospel” Were 16 people were... trained. We can say that we have reached another step for God’s glory. These young men were encouraged and more than encouraged challenged to be witnesses of Jesus Christ, not only by word but by being a living testimony. Our prayer is that they will remain in that vision. All we can say is thank you Jesus for letting us be a part of your great work this last days!!! God is teaching us that it is time to change our way of praying. For many years we have prayed “Lord save my relatives, reach my friends, touch our neighbors, send laborers to your harvest.” That is good but not enough. It is time to pray “God send me, place the right words in my mouth to speak to my neighbor, to share of your word, let me not be quiet, and speak the right words that will touch the hearts of those who surround me, let me be a living witness of your power and love, allow me to place your Name on high wherever I go.” It’s time not to be silent but to share, its not time to wait for those that God will send, but a TIME TO GO. One day after the Bible school closure April 27th in Sinaloa, together with other young people I came to Ameca, Jalisco, to share the Word and visit relatives. It’s interesting that after being there for ten days we got no invitations to go preach to any of the churches here as we usually do, but we didn’t wait to occupy a pulpit. We started sharing the Word wherever we went. Passing out Bible flyers, going street preaching, to the main town square in town, etc. It’s funny and interesting that later we got an invitation to preach in the biggest church in Ameca, of course not counting the catholic one. Our purpose as Christians is not only to be pulpit preachers, but to be an influence in and out of church. Lord willing in May 19th we will be departing to Juarez, state of Chihuahua, to do God’s work there together with brothers from Washington. I feel that we need to bring a special anointing to the place and supply a specific need to the people. We ask for your prayers, that God will do what He knows and that we will be instruments for His glory, that the mission will be fulfilled. Thank you for being part of this ministry, may God bless you abundantly in all ways. By Victor Mancillas
The year 100-313 was a time of great persecution for the Christian church. A period when just because of refusing to follow in this world’s tradition it was easy for some to shout “Christians to the lions”… they were crucified, burned, robbed, beheaded, beaten, etc. It was a time that despite the tribulation, the Church stayed firm, and preached in such a way that by the end of this time half of the Roman empire was converted to Christianity. It’s interesting that before the persecution they were full of power, gifts, but were comfortable at their home town expecting the return of Jesus. A not very pleasant encouragement had to come for them to preach. Today we have no lions, crosses for us to be nailed to, nor swords chasing us. But I can say that nowadays we don't need any of those circumstances for us to share God´s Word. We can say that ground for soul winning is more fertile than ever, the time is coming and Jesus is bringing to Him, not only those that are His, but also as well “those who will believe in Him through our message,” (John 17:20). It has been a month since twelve young people took this challenge of receiving not just out of books but from the Holy Spirit, whom has been breaking each one of our characters and building us according to His plan and purpose. A month of blessings in which each of us practices house to house and door to door evangelism, preaching, and physical labor building our new multi sport court. Every evangelism day is a blessing, a new experience, and a new story to tell. Together we have been supporting “Gospel Torches Youth Ministry”, ministering to young men and women… Our goal is to attract them and allow the Holy Spirit to light a fire in them. Pray for this motive since we are having monthly services, that God will bring His blessing every time. Pray for the Bible school students that He might make of them ministers of fire, pray for the teachers, that they may be instruments of God. That His presence will embrace us every day. To our God be all glory and honor for ever!!! To participate in this ministry through donations, go to this link: Yes, I want to help! EMAIL: VICTOR@ECEAMINISTRIES.ORG
CELL: 673 11 67187 (MEXICO) VISIT HIS FACEBOOK FOR PHOTOS AND INFORMATION He is a missionary that since July of 2004, has been serving the Lord in Las Milpas, Mocorito, Sinaloa. He has been serving with his uncle, missionary Salvador Meza. He accepted Christ as his Saviour at 15 years of age and at 17 the Lord sent him to study in an intensive program of a Bible institute in Jalisco, Mexico. He was born in California, USA and while he was working in Seattle WA, he felt God's calling to missions and since the he has been serving God with all of his heart. He is graduated on August 20, 2011 and received a degree in theology. Many of us had the privilege in the morning of the past September 16th to hear our president of Mexico ring the bell and give the shout of Independence, in remembrance of the shout given by one of our greatest leaders in history. Shout to war, shout of hunger of freedom, shout that led to Mexico´s independence.
It´s been more than 200 years of self choice, and democracy, sadly many people has decided to keep on living in slavery. Jesus said in the gospel of John 8.34… “Very truly I tell you, ever one who sins is a slave to sin.” And there is many people that continue living under this yoke. It´s been our labor on this past months together with brothers and sisters of so much blessing bring the truth to many lives so the word may be fulfill “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” First with brothers from Spokane, Washington for a period of 10 days. Days of salvation, freedom, and healing, days of impat, blessing, confort, and hope for many. May God bless you for your work in Mexico!!! God has been good on trusting us more and more of His glory every trip. We can keep on saying that: “The latter glory shall be greater than the former…” (Haggai 2:9). Construction in Angostura´s church continued, church which by now has already celebrated the first service under a roof, with floor and electricity. It was grateful the visit from brothers of Seattle, Washington. Together we visited El Mezquite, Cerro Agudo, Angostura, Guasave. Going against the strongest heat of the year in Sinaloa and driving over the muddy roads, that made us sweat buckets . Even though of the inconvenience many souls attended services and received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior for the first time on their hearts and lives. Trip continue to Ameca, Jalisco were together with brothers from Minnesota had great outreach in 10 different places were the power of God marked lives, saving the lost, setting captives free, and from the first service healing the sick. It draw my attention the healing of a woman that had many years sitting on a chair, woman that after strong prayer stood up and gave a step forward proclaiming her healing. God is faithful!!! Thanks again for brothers from Spokane for clothes and ViKtor Maytak, thank you a lot for the great help by donating clothes, shoes, toys, the ones that have been of great help for many families. That to say truth struggle to buy clothes, and shoes due to the lack of jobs. Receive millions thanks from the ones that were blessed from your ministry. Thanks for Christian literature that was very useful in the stance in Sinaloa of the five missionaries Oleg, Kirill, Diana, Irina, and Svetlana. And will continue being on future evangelism. Glory to God that His Word is getting to the homes, and changes will have to occur!!! Many things to be thankful for… Thank you missionaries cause you marked peoples lives by not only having faith but by showing it through taking food to families. It was touching hearing many say “Thank you brothers cause we had nothing to eat”. We know that everything that we sow we will harvest. You sowed on kids with hokey games, showing them fellowship and that it’s no boring to be Christian!!! May God bless you for those 15 days of intense work…You are all in our prayers. I ask to continue praying for the ministry that God placed in our hands, and for my trip to the U.S from October 15th to November 15th. May God continue being glorified!!! Your Brother, Victor “Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing." (Genesis 12:1-2).
We may say that we are sterile until we receive the call from God to leave our land and relatives (our home). Until we do, then something begins to develop in our ministry, to the point of bearing fruit. But not without first obeying the call. The Teacher of all teachers, Jesus, knew better than anyone else because He himself had come to earth leaving his kingdom. And with all authority and power he could say the words in (Matthew 28:18-19) ... "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and earth, go therefore and make disciples of all nations ..." HE clearly knew that the key is "Go" with a willing heart and then He will go with us as Mighty Giant. This call and mandate remains in force until today. Many times we have questioned God and even ourselves saying, "What happened to the word you spoke to my life, saying that you would use me and that I would bear fruit?" The real question should be, did I truly obeyed the call to go? When the patriarch the son of Terah was in the land his name was only Abram (high father exalted father). But by obeying God, it changed his sterility to Abraham (father of many). Four youths have taken the challenge to go at the Bible institute in Sinaloa. Which for the last week were receiving a training course so that in Monday June 4 will be sent to fulfill the great commission to San Antonio in Sinaloa. Texcalame and Ayutla, in Jalisco and the surrounding villages. The goal is to edify the church and cell groups in the area, and develop personal evangelism for one month and one week. We will be praying for them and we will welcome you to join us in prayer as well. I would like to thank God for the opportunity to minister the Word of God through preaching and teaching for a period of 17 days in the state of Jalisco, thank God for having touched the hearts of many lives there. I will confess to you something that I saw in this trip that struck me the most was seeing the change in some congregations that had previously been passive and powerless, but now are allowing the Holy Spirit to move with power healing the sick and changing lives. It gives me joy because I lived in Jalisco my first fifteen years of my life and after He filled me with His presence I started praying that He would visit my home town. I pray to God for that metamorphosis to continue to take place until it reaches its fullness. Brothers and sisters before saying goodbye for now, I challenge you ... obey the call of God into your life and He will surely make you father of nations, will make you father many spiritual children for "not only he will make you flourish, but fruitful." Let us pray strongly for the evangelistic and missionary journey of our brethren from Seattle and Spokane, Washington. May our God continue to be glorified in these ministries that bless our country Mexico ... Place of revival ... TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY!!! With love and wishing blessings Your brother Victor Mancillas We have come to the end of this sixth Bible course here in “El Camino Leadership and Missions School.” Time has passed flying but we spent three and a half months were we got to experienced so many new things. We laughed, cried, spent good time of blessing and communion, and were tested as well. God taught us so many things. I got to learn that when the enemy worries because of what you’re doing and rises against you it’s because you’re in to a work that will remain and bear fruit. Praise God that we are on the side of the Champion, in whom we have victory!!!
Next Saturday April 28th in Las Milpas, Mocorito, will be graduating eight young men and women that were strong and courageous, youth that resisted discipline that was demanded to them. There were many days of staying up late due to projects, practical works and other activities that the eight subjects required. They spent many door to door evangelism hours. Every one of them will have their reward. Many families opened their homes to keep on receiving the gospel. Praise God that the good news keep on being spread and remaining!!!! On May 21st some of the youth will be coming back to the institution after a month, for an extra week of training to submit to and support a pastor in a different state. The couples will be ministering the word of God door to door and as well in many congregations at the village or city were they will be staying for a period of one month and a half. Please pray for the missionaries’ protection, that they will harvest abundant fruit for His glory, and for the provision of God for their transportation and stay at this places. A million thanks for your prayers during this time of training, your support, and the and may “The Lord makes His face shine up on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn school supplies that brothers from U.S donated. They were so useful. Thank you so much His face towards you and give you peace” (Numbers 6:25-26). |
