Blessing to all of you brothers and sisters which have a passion for missions in Mexico and the world. Missions are in God’s heart. Ten years ago the Lord sent me to serve on them and I can say that it’s been the best experience ever after coming to Christ and being filled with His precious Holy Spirit. Its been a great lifestyle and a great present to us seeing God’s mercy working on people, sometimes healings, others freeing, restoring, saving, etc… but every servant involved in missions from time to time goes back to the same Bible verse (… “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”) Because there is still great territory that needs to be reached. It’s incredible that in this region we are only covering the base of the mountain range and at the most we know the Word has been preached about two to three hours up the mountain, that is where pastor Jorge Alcala (a friend of our ministry) has gone from time to time. It’s sad that we are taking only this little since there are villages through dirt and wile roads for hours and hours all the way up to the neighboring State. Pray that God will raise ministers from Bible schools and churches to go further. That God will reach souls as He is doing in El Mezquite, Mocorito, were the Lord is bringing full families to His kingdom in different ways. Our labor has been to disciple new believers as the Lord brings those that are to be saved. It has been a blessing to see how this brethren are experiencing a rapid spiritual growth, some have experienced baptism in the Spirit very soon after coming to Christ, they are very enthusiastic on learning to keep on sharing what God is doing in their lives to relatives and friends.
We keep on working in youth services in different towns. God has being faithful working each time in different ways, for example last time in El Valle five people made the sinner’s prayer for the first time. We pray that God will embrace youth for His kingdom and revive His passion and fire in those that already go to a church. May God bless you all for your prayers, which we appreciate, and we pray that God’s people will remain firm ( “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” 1 Peter 5:8) We know that the greatest glory is around the corner so let us be firm and patient.
