I have exciting news! During my recent trip to Honduras the Lord connected this ministry with pastor Juan Carlos Alvarenga. He invited us to come on a mission trip to Senegal, Africa and Spain on October 11-25 of this year. He went to visit Africa two years ago. I believe God has called our ministry to go and serve. We will be a team of eight people.
We will be focusing on three projects in Senegal: First, we will be working with a school that teaches languages and the Bible in the capital city of Dakar. Second, minister with the children begging in the streets of the city of Thies (320,000 population). Third, we will work with a community kitchen for the homeless children in the city of Thies. We will spend six days of intense mission work. The main goal is to bring the message of salvation to the Talibe children, who are forced to beg on the streets. Please pray for us. According to Wikipedia the country of Senegal is 96.6 percent Islamic. We will be staying with a group of missionaries and will be helping with their ministry outreach. This is a big opportunity and challenge at the same time. Help us with your prayers first and foremost. We need help with the airfare, transportation costs, As the Lord provides we would also bless the children with food, clothes, shoes etc. Also we will invite the missionaries and Christian workers of the area to a meal and bring them a word of encouragement and bless their lives. In Sevilla, Spain we will visit two new churches that were planted recently. We will minister in those churches and do gospel outreaches and pray for the sick. As Christians we are to go and be the light everywhere. This gospel shall be preached to the ends of the world and then the end will come. A great harvest of souls is coming!!!
