"Laboring Together In The Final Harvest"

Mission Report From Sinaloa, Mexico

2/6/2026

Our brothers and sisters in Sinaloa continue to work tirelessly. They recently held outreach events for children in several communities, including Mazocari, Amapal, Angostura, Alhuecito, and Las Milpas. They are asking for prayers that God will send more workers to help, as there is so much work to be done. If you would like to support the ministry in Sinaloa so they can get more teaching supplies, snacks and help with transportation costs (some of the communities are hours away), you can do so through our donation page and specify "SINALOA."

Report Mission Trip to Colombia-Nicaragua

June 6, 2025

I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to travel to two new countries for the first time: Colombia and Nicaragua. It was an intense eight days, from May 22nd to the 30th, very busy but very blessed.

Cali, Colombia (May 22-26)

Four pastors from Honduras and I from the United States were in Cali. Pastor Juan Carlos Tablada from Honduras was invited to give conferences on God's move in Honduras, as the Church of God in Honduras has grown powerfully and now has more than 1,700 churches. In Colombia, they are interested in learning and applying the strategies used in Honduras. On Friday, we ministered to the leaders of the churches participating in the conference, and on Saturday, many pastors came with their wives. We taught them and invited them to a delicious meal. We also provided them with food supplies. On Sunday, we divided into two teams and ministered in two churches. The glory of God fell, and fifteen people were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues for the first time. Glory to God!!!

We used the Uber app a lot to get around, and we preached the Word of God to the drivers, and three of them accepted Christ. One of them did so on Friday night, and on Sunday, he and his entire family came to church, and they too accepted Jesus Christ—seven in total. Glory to God!!!

On Saturday, we visited a rehabilitation center located outside the city, in the mountains, part of a foundation. We shared the Word of God and our testimonies with more than twenty interns. At the end, we prayed for them, and the Lord led us to hug them and speak words of faith, hope, and encouragement to them. It was beautiful to see how the Holy Spirit ministered to their hearts and made them feel that He was amongst them.

Somoto, Nicaragua (May 26-30)

At the end of the four glorious days in Colombia, the rest of the pastors returned to Honduras, and I flew to Managua, Nicaragua. The plan to go to Nicaragua was because when I went to Senegal, Africa, in October 2023, I met several missionaries who had been sent from a missionary school in Somoto, Nicaragua. After seeing these young missionaries who had been sent for five years and their consecration to the Lord, I felt led to visit the place where they had been trained and sent from, and also to explore the possibility of connecting the ministry training schools in Mexico and exchanging teachers, students, and missionaries. Upon arriving in Managua, the school director came to pick me up at the airport. We traveled four hours to get to the institute. Every day I attended classes and watched their program, and I saw many similarities with the schools in Mexico, and more than anything, that they have the same vision of reaching the nations for Christ.
While I was there, the Lord reminded me of the vision we had as an evangelistic association since 2000: to prepare ministers, pastors, and missionaries and support them in their projects so they could fulfill their calling. I saw that the Church of Jesus Christ truly must become more involved in supporting missions and missionaries. An example I can give is that there are two young adults ready to leave for Senegal, but for two years they have not been able to find sponsors to support them monthly when they arrive, nor have they been able to buy plane tickets. This is just one example of the difficulties that exist in the missionary field. “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how will they believe in him of whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring peace, of those who bring good news!" Romans 10:14,15

At the missionary school, they are taught that before going out to serve God, they must receive the baptism in the Spirit in order to move in power and anointing. Some students came from remote areas, and one of them was sad because no one in his church had received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. While at the school, the Lord ministered to the students, and there wa s a visitation of the Holy Spirit, baptizing eight of them, and they spoke in new tongues. (Mark 16:15) There were testimonies of how some of them had longed for this experience for a long time and were now rejoicing at having received it.

I ask for your prayers, I know more mission trips are coming soon. May the Lord of the harvest guide me and teach me His will at all times. If any of you would like to go with me and be part of a team, please contact me. To participate, collaborate, or sponsor some of these missionary projects, click DONATE here.

Dear Brethren:

I am very excited to share about what God has been doing in these past few months.  I had to take time off due to health issues that included two surgeries.  Thank God I am doing better and I am ready to start again.  Three weeks ago I returned from a trip to Sinaloa, Mexico where we witnessed the glory of God moving powerfully.  This time i am informing you of the trip coming up.

We have a trip scheduled on May 22-30 to Cali, Colombia and to Somoto, Nicaragua. I will be traveling to Colombia with two pastors from Honduras and on May 26 I travel alone from Colombia to Nicaragua.  In Colombia we will be ministering and have activities with eighteen pastors and their wives.  These pastors come for very poor areas and we will be blessing them as the Lord provides.  We will be teaching them tools that they can use for church growth.  We will also bless them with a dinner.

In Nicaragua I will be visiting a missionary school.  This school has been sending missionaries to Senegal, Africa.  During my trip to Senegal in October 2023 I met these brave missionaries.  They are mostly young single adults with ages ranging from 20 to 25 years old.  They all came with a commitment to stay for five years.  May God bless these mighty soldiers of Christ!  These missionaries recently started a Bible school in Senegal and currently they are training nine Africans that came from five countries in the continent.  Let us pray for them.  My purpose is to meet the leadership in Nicaragua and connect the Bible schools in Mexico and to begin exchanging teachers, students and missionaries.

I ask you to pray for this trip.  Pray that God may glorify His name always in everything we do and plan.  For His wisdom and guidance.  Thank you for being a part of this and taking the time to read this report.  If any of you is interested in being a part of a team for future mission trips, let me know.  If you would like to participate and be a blessing for this trip click Here.

Mission Trip to Sinaloa, Mexico April 18-23 2025

I thank God for allowing me to go back to Sinaloa Mexico from April 18-23.  I had not visited for twelve long years.  I went to visit pastors Salvador and Carmen Meza.  They started a new church  in
Mazocari , Sinaloa de Leyva.  They have to drive four hours one way from their home church in Las Milpas Sinaloa to be able to get there and hold church services every weekend.

No doubt this is a great effort.  We held evangelistic outreaches for four days and pastor Max came from Zacatecas (fifteen hours away) with his praise and worship team.  We saw great results.  They started this work one year ago and now have an average of forty people come to the services.  That Saturday we saw 150 people come to the service, many of them had never been to a Christian church.  The Lord saved, healed and delivered.  Many received the baptism in the Holy Spirit.  Glory to God!

Prayer Request: (1) The land was donated in Masocari and pastor Salvador has built the walls and the roof.  He also built a small pastoral home with two bedrooms and a kitchen so they can stay on the weekends.  They still need the doors, windows, plaster for the walls for the church building.  They also need to build a room for the childrens ministry so they can have classes and they will need an AC unit.
(2) Pray for the missionaries and pastors working in their ministry involved in this great work.  For their health, spiritual strength and provision so that they will have everything they need to carry on with their work.  Pray for protection for they are working right in the middle of the drug war amongst two cartels and they are always watching the roads leading to where the church is.

May God bless you and thank you for your prayers,

mission trip to africa & spain

I have exciting news!  During my recent trip to Honduras the Lord connected this ministry with pastor Juan Carlos Alvarenga.  He invited us to come on a mission trip to Senegal, Africa and Spain on October 11-25 of this year.  He went to visit Africa two years ago.  I believe God has called our ministry to go and serve. We will be a team of eight people.

We will be focusing on three projects in Senegal: First, we will be working with a school that teaches languages and the Bible in the capital city of Dakar. Second, minister with the children begging in the streets of the city of Thies (320,000 population).  Third, we will work with a community kitchen for the homeless children in the city of Thies.

We will spend six days of intense mission work. The main goal is to bring the message of salvation to the Talibe children, who are forced to beg on the streets. Please pray for us.  According to Wikipedia the country of Senegal is 96.6 percent Islamic.  We will be staying with a group of missionaries and will be helping with their ministry outreach.

This is a big opportunity and challenge at the same time.  Help us with your prayers first and foremost.  We need help with the airfare, transportation costs, As the Lord provides we would also bless the children with food, clothes, shoes etc. Also we will invite the missionaries and Christian workers of the area to a meal and bring them a word of encouragement and bless their lives.

In Sevilla, Spain we will visit two new churches that were planted recently.  We will minister in those churches and do gospel outreaches and pray for the sick. As Christians we are to go and be the light everywhere.  This gospel shall be preached to the ends of the world and then the end will come. A great harvest of souls is coming!!!

Thank you for supporting this ministry.  Gifts are tax deductible and can be made out to “El Camino Evangelistic Association” or ECEA and be mailed to:  103 16th Ave CT Milton WA 98354

Thank you

NEWS AUGUST 2023

I would like to share about the most recent trip to Honduras on August 1-10, 2023.  I was apart of a team of twenty people.  We divided into three small teams: construction, medical, and kids ministry.  The place we visited is one of the poorest regions of central America.  Needless to say there were many, many people in need.  The team from the church Family Life in Federal Way provided six hundred bags of food, one per family, and also bought thousands of dollars in medicine to supply two free medical clinics that had no medicine left to provide for hundreds of people.

Three public schools for kids ages five to twelve year olds opened their door and through puppets, games, and the preaching of the Word of God, the gospel was presented to them and hundreds repeated the prayer of salvation.  Only God knows the long term effect from this outreach.  The Lord opened many divine doors for future trips including other large area where many pastors asked the team to come next time and minister to their villages and towns.

The night before we were to depart Honduras we had a service by the beach to thank God for using us as a team as well as individually and the presence plus power of God descended upon us and refreshed us mightily and some received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, Glory to God!!!

There are no words to express the gratitude of being called by God to serve His little ones.  I believe He is raising an army of brave men and women of God who will give their all and their best for the cause of His Kingdom.  Please pray for me, God is opening doors to go to Senegal, Africa and Seville, Spain.  I will send more information soon.  Thank you for helping with your prayers and financial support.

“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." God has been good to us.  His faithfulness has not limits.  The Bible says "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with His hand." Psalm 37:23-24  God has been busy opening doors for the ministry.  All around us I have been seeing God giving us grace and His anointing to do His will.  The ministry in Mexico has been growing.  Right now we have two church building projects, one in Juarez Mexico (across the border from El Paso TX) and one in Zacatecas, Mexico (ten hours south of Juarez).  We are also helping to support missionaries and pastors with their families, making it possible for them to focus in the ministry.  We also are sending Bible literature which include tracts and Bibles for new believers.  A major component of the ministry are the teams that are constantly traveling to Mexico and these teams have been a huge blessing to the host churches receiving them.  The Slavic churches being the main sender of these missionaries.

Recently the Lord has opened another major area for this ministry.  It is to the country of Honduras.  I started going as part of a team from Family Life Community Church in Federal Way and through two trips last year (March & November) and the trip coming up on August 1-10 of this year God has been connecting us to many churches and ministries in Honduras.  Our vision in ECEA is to work as an evangelistic and missionary association across denominational and non-denominational churches and ministries.  Our goal since we started in the year 2000 has been and still is to reach the lost for our Lord Jesus and to be a blessing to other like minded ministries (please see our vision statement).  In Honduras we will be working with other churches to help with resources, such as providing food to very poor communities, bringing medicines and medical teams, helping with church building projects, evangelistic outreaches with local churches and possibly helping with orphanages and bringing teams from churches to help and be a blessing.

Please pray for us. We cannot do this work alone.  This is for all of us as followers of Christ.  I will keep you updated with both the Mexico and Honduras work.  If you or your church can come it would be a great blessing.  If you can't come please help and send those who can.  Thank you for your prayers and financial support

"As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work."  John 9:4

Sincerely,

Ildefonso Arguelles
